The dominican sprinter in the 400 meter hurdles Felix Sanchez, revealed that training will start on November with a view to the competitive season next year and the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, in October 2011.

Aware that the athletic season will be "very strong," said Sanchez will have to prepare fully.

The athlete said that although the world championships kick off in May 2011, it was not until late June or early July to start its racing program because, he said, want to be in good condition at the Pan American Games in Guadalajara.

"I will start training for next year the first of November. I am here (Dominican Republic) taking a vacation, rested and prepared mentally for the coming year, because I play the world championships in August and October, the Pan American Guadalajara, "said Sanchez. He explained that he intended to begin in late June or first week of July, aims to not get "exploited" for the month of October and that the exhaustion does not apply to you if they compete in six months.

"My responsibilities will initiate the end of June, coming in July for four months to reach Guadalajara strong and fit, as the season lasts six months," Sanchez said, adding: "The good news is that next year is another opportunity and I'll be more focused because there will be competitions and will be different this year. "

Said it is well recovered from the tendinitis that affected his right foot during the Central American Games and that only warranted a break.
