Ubaldo failed 20

Colorado Rockies' Ubaldo Jimenez ended the season with 19 wins on Saturday when bleaching in eight innings for the Rockies in Colorado, but lost 1-0 in 11 innings before the Cardinals.

The Dominican Jimenez allowed three singles, two of which were field and had 10 strikeouts and two walks.

The righty, 26, set a franchise record with 214 strikeouts, four more than Pedro Astacio in 1999, after reaching double figures for the fourth time in the regular season, which ends on Sunday.

Leaving no-decision on Saturday, Jones finished with a record of 19-8 with a 2.88 average in ERA.
