NBA Anthony trade almost done

NBA star Carmelo
Anthony just wants to end the wait, without saying where he wants it to end.

Speculation that have survived in the season about a possible transfer of Denver star forward is almost nearing completion, as the deadline for swaps ends Thursday. But Anthony would love a response.

"At this very moment I was stunned by this whole situation, " Anthony said Friday. "I wish this was over now and I wish there was something already on the table so the Nuggets could only say: 'Well, let's do it'''.

There was information that was to happen, while the Nuggets tried for the third time this season to complete a deal with New Jersey, and that the owner of the Nets, Mikhail Prokhorov, Anthony expected to meet sometime weekend.

Anthony insisted on Friday morning during an act of community service in the NBA that there was "no meeting at all" and repeated the statement in a meeting with journalists.

And said he did not know what to say if it was scheduled a meeting.

"If I meet that guy, being honest, I do not know what to say, " Anthony said during a break in a paint job at a community center.

The Nuggets have weighed transferred to Anthony since this season declined to sign a three-year contract extension valued at nearly $ 65 million. The Nets have been on two occasions close to a deal, and the New York Knicks are seen as another favorite team for the arrival of Anthony if Denver decides to transfer the afternoon of Thursday.
